Passion.io is a leading platform empowering creators to launch impactful mobile apps. We're seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our coaching and client services business, driving growth and revenue streams.

About the Role

As a visionary leader, you'll steer our coaching and client services team towards new heights, fostering a dynamic environment that thrives on innovation and results-driven approach. Your expertise will be pivotal in transforming our high-ticket sales motion, opening up new sales channels, and harnessing inbound leads into significant revenue streams without increasing ad spend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team responsible for coaching and client services
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance high-ticket sales, drive revenue growth, and expand sales channels
  • Oversee the delivery of our high-ticket coaching program, Creator MBA, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of generating consistent 6-figure months through direct response marketing and high-ticket coaching sales. You should possess strong leadership skills, inspiring teams to exceed their goals, as well as experience managing agency accounts for funnels, sales teams, and/or paid media.
