We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Software Support professional to join our international team in Lisbon. As a Technical Software Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and social media channels
- Assist users with general inquiries and technical support issues
- Adapt the company's voice and tone for interactions on various channels
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding in a friendly and professional manner
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a customer-centric approach. You should also be a team player, willing to work with diverse nationalities, and have a drive for excellence and professionalism.
