About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Workday Analyst to join our team in supporting the seamless operation of our Workday system. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive user support, troubleshooting issues, and fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration: You will deliver day-to-day support for our Workday system, including hands-on configuration of business processes, reporting, mass data processing, testing, and troubleshooting. You will also assist in routine processes such as performance management and merit increase cycles.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: You will partner with internal stakeholders to understand pain points and support the implementation of opportunities to improve Workday processes.
  • Customization and Development: You will support the configuration, testing, and documentation of system enhancements and customizations.
  • Data Management: You will contribute to maintaining data quality standards within our Workday system and collaborate with stakeholders to address any data-related issues or discrepancies.
  • User Support: You will provide day-to-day support to users, troubleshoot issues, and assist them in maximizing the system's potential. You will also deliver user training sessions to foster system proficiency and adoption.
  • Reporting and Analytics: You will maintain and update reports and dashboards to meet evolving data and reporting needs.
  • Change Management: You will support change management initiatives related to Workday enhancements and updates, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions.

Requirements

  • You are authorized to perform simple system configuration and provide user support under established guidelines.
  • You must have experience with broad HR practices and processes, allowing you to understand the needs of stakeholders across the HR functions.
  • Workday knowledge is a plus.
  • You hold a University Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a similar field.
  • You have 1-2 years of professional experience in HR Cloud Systems support from a functional point of view.
  • You possess strong IT skills and knowledge of HRIS, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • You have verbal and written fluency in English.
  • Minimum 3 days a week in the office, with no travel required.

What We Offer

As an HRIS Workday Analyst at Elementis, you can expect a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
