We are currently looking for an experienced Enterprise Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with agencies and promoting their services on our website.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and outbound sales to mid and large enterprises. They will be tech-savvy, have a growth mindset, and possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies, increasing retention and revenue over time.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve set sales goals.
- Evaluate processes, recommend improvements, and stay updated with industry changes and developments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to track sales activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development and outbound sales to the digital sector – media sales and agency experience is a PLUS.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactive, analytical, tech-savvy, and has a growth mindset.
- Must have exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Has a strong drive to help customers and enhance their experience.
- Experienced in working within cross-functional teams and is a true team player.
- Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in CRMs (HubSpot).
- Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
- Able to work EST hours.
