About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at TN Portugal. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on account status and sales performance, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring all terms and conditions are met and aligned with company goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements, providing clients with the most relevant solutions and expert advice.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • CRM Software and Sales Techniques: Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques.
