Electric Bike Support Specialist

Your role as an Electric Bike Support Specialist will involve providing exceptional customer service to the German market. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent support and creating value by solving technical issues in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming queries effectively in a customer service environment, focusing on resolving technical issues through troubleshooting
  • Respond promptly to calls and emails from enterprise clients, gathering information to resolve queries
  • Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone, providing high-quality service
  • Record relevant data elements in CRM for follow-up and qualitative support

Requirements:

  • You must have native-level German language skills and fluency in English
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in Technical Support is preferred
  • You should be tech-savvy with an interest in learning and good communication skills (written and oral)
  • You should be able to operate effectively in high-pressure situations and be a team player
  • You should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship is required
