Technical Support Specialist with Hands-on Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Application Specialist to join our team at Avenga. With hands-on help desk experience and strong troubleshooting skills, you will provide technical advice and support to internal end-users.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have an IT background, problem-solving skills, and advanced English language proficiency. Experience in using Service Management tools and SQL knowledge is also highly valued.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing 3rd line functional and technical advice to internal end-users;
  • Troubleshooting application issues;
  • Resolving and escalating issues in the Service Management tool;
  • Cooperating with other company support teams;
  • Supporting new version releases;
  • Running trainings for application Super Users;
  • Writing knowledge base articles;

Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary range to be around €50,000 - €70,000 per year.
