Customer Support Professional with Technical Expertise

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at TeamViewer GmbH. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our clients overcome their technical challenges.
About the Role:
- Provide top-notch technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat channels
- Showcase our software solutions through online demos, highlighting features that address individual IT needs
- Identify customer requirements and forward requests to our sales department for potential business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the support team to ensure seamless delivery of best-in-class customer experiences
Your Qualifications:
- University degree in economics or relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
- A minimum of some experience working with customers and/or in sales, e.g., internships
- Determination, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
- Balancing independent work with strong team spirit
- Strong communication skills and passion for interacting with people
