Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our sales team in Lisbon. As a key member of our team, you will drive new business growth and deliver on strategic objectives for your region.

Responsibilities

  • Run a busy outbound pipeline of leads and provide top-class customer experience
  • Use innovative prospecting techniques to engage both cold accounts and new groups within existing Zendesk customers
  • Generate high-value pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting into start-ups, enterprise businesses, and unicorn companies

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales-related environment
  • Passion for consultative sales and a solid business background (SaaS sales preferred)
  • 'Can Do' attitude with a hunger for success and self-starter commitment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferable
  • Fluency in German and English, with Polish or another CEE language being a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Work Environment

You will work in a hybrid model, spending one day a week in our Lisbon office and the remaining time working remotely. Our inclusive and diverse work environment prioritizes work-life balance, flexibility, and collaboration.
