About the Role

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

We're seeking a Strategic Customer Success Director to oversee our Regional Customer Success teams in the Eur region. This individual will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while maximizing the value of our products and services.

Job Description

This is a full-time position based in Lisbon or Madrid, with opportunities for remote work.

The successful candidate will have advanced experience working with large and emerging Technology, Financial Services, Acquirers/Processors, Service Providers, and/or digital platform partners.
