Customer Service Representative for International Hotel Reservations

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients seeking hotel reservations. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality service and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- The ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions
- Proactivity, results-driven approach, self-motivation, and teamwork
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service. You will be handling inquiries, managing requests, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
