The company, a strong player in the commercial vehicle manufacturing and transport solutions sector, has a dedicated Global Business Services (GBS) unit focused on optimizing business processes across finance, human resources, sales support, and procurement. With delivery centers worldwide, they prioritize quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement for seamless service delivery.

This strategic role contributes significantly to the company's long-term success by driving impactful change and supporting a dynamic operational environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

In the 'Warranty Audit' task area, you will identify and explain deviations and potential for improvement in warranty process handling in the worldwide service organization and check the effectiveness of central models for warranty application review. Your tasks will include:

  1. Plan and organize desktop audits based on suitable KPIs and carry them out to check potential deviation topics in the warranty process handling.
  2. Define, evaluate, and decide on conspicuous warranty applications on the respective test topic.
  3. Document test results transparently, precisely, and comprehensibly.
  4. Analyze desktop audit results regularly and incorporate their findings into the continuous improvement process of upstream application review processes and models.
  5. Act as the first point of contact for your clients and the central warranty process management as well as those responsible in the country organizations regarding desktop audit results.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • An apprenticeship as a car mechanic/car mechatronic technician with further training as a master craftsman or technical business economist.
  • Ideal completion of studies (university/university of applied sciences) with a technical or business orientation.
  • Practical experience in the field of (commercial) vehicle engineering and knowledge of workshop and repair processes.
  • Good Microsoft Office Skills, especially in Excel.
  • Very good analytical skills and a feel for the overall context.
  • Fluent in oral and written English to present complex issues.
  • Independent, structured, and efficient way of working.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
