About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues related to mobile payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers through phone and chat regarding their inquiries in German
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
  • Guide customers through the setup and usage of mPOS systems
  • Provide accurate and real-time answers to customer inquiries
  • Contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients

Your Qualifications

  • High level of German (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
  • Familiarity/aptitude with smart electronic devices
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)
  • Ability to operate in high-pressure situations
