About the Role: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in German to join our dynamic team at Phiture. This is a remote position based in Portugal, ideal for local candidates who are looking to work with a company that offers exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues related to products, services, and general support via multiple communication channels (email, chat, and phone).

  • You will assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions.
  • You will resolve customer issues by escalating them to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • You will document and manage customer interactions in our CRM system.

Schedule: You will work rotative shifts within the schedule below:
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00
  • Occasionally, availability from 08:00 - 19:00 is required.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Fluency in German (native or near-native level).
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Availability to work flexible and rotative shifts.
  • Residing in Porto or nearby areas.

What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package with allowances, including a salary of €25,000 per year. You will also receive a remote work setup with all necessary equipment provided, training and continuous support to help you succeed in the role, and a collaborative and friendly work environment.
