Cbt is a dynamic company seeking a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. This role requires flexibility, as it operates with rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Salary: A competitive monthly salary of $$3200, paid over 14 months, reflecting your skills and experience.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: As a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers. Your main task will be to assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries, providing effective solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Customer Support: Assist customers with various inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues and deliver personalized solutions to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Professional Communication: Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers to ensure they feel heard and valued.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers to share insights that will help improve services offered.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, solutions provided, and feedback gathered.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and at least an intermediate level of English.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and find efficient solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems and web-based applications.
  • Team-Oriented: Collaboration with colleagues from various departments.
