Job Title: Global Operations Manager for Customer Services

We are seeking an experienced Teamlead Customer Service to join our Global Business Support team within the Pharma, Health & Durables Division. Based in Portugal, with the opportunity to work partly from home, this role will focus on supporting the global customer service team in areas related to process optimization, system implementation, reporting, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient process organization within the Business Support functions, including defined areas such as KU, SAP Upgrades, Master Data; Business Warehouse, Salesforce.com, and others.
  • Global alignment with business support functions in all regions to ensure common defined standards and standard processes, including Customer Master Data, OTIF- and OTIF root cause analysis, and other reports.
  • Implement compliance guidelines and approval processes, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and management system requirements for quality, environment, hygiene, occupational safety, and energy.
  • Monitor and ensure defined key figures, including review and implementation of suitable KPIs, and preparation of reports for all regions.
  • Governance with RPL on defined SOP and support RPL to harmonize working methods within the customer service organization.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and implementation of standard processes.
  • Personnel planning, including working hours, vacation, substitution arrangements.
  • Employee development through regular training planning.
  • Support/lead defined projects/initiatives.
  • Situation-related support for day-to-day business.
Requirements:

You may be a match for this position if you have a completed degree (University/Technical College) in industrial engineering or business administration, or 5-10 years of business-related experience in customer services.

We are looking for someone with very strong experience in 'order to cash' management and related digital service processes, as well as in-depth knowledge of SAP SD, BW, Salesforce, Power BI, and very good MS Office skills, especially Excel. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, with German being a plus. Experience in report generation is also necessary.
