About the Role

We are seeking a skilled EMEA Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As an EMEA Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Adobe sales teams by providing technical expertise and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and configure vendor solutions, including defining a Bill of Materials to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
  • Address product/solution inquiries from internal/external sales, vendors, and resellers.
  • Maintain peer-level technical contacts within assigned vendors.
