Position Overview

The Senior Business Development Manager will report directly to the Country Manager Portugal and VP Sales, and will be responsible for growing our portfolio of key clients by prospecting and signing new customers.

This role is critical in driving Paybyrd's revenue growth and expanding our market presence across Portugal and EMEA region. The ideal candidate is skilled in building deep prospect/client relationships and pitching customer-centric solutions, always focusing on adding value.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans to identify, prospect and win new key clients, finding creative ways to maximize qualified leads and following up on them, and serving as the primary contact during the sales cycle.
