Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Technical Help Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Norwegian and have a strong passion for technology and problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and provide digital support for a range of products and services.
• Diagnose issues and find solutions using IT fundamentals, operating systems, desktop applications, and networking skills.
• Work closely with the team to maintain and improve the customer experience.


Requirements:
• Native/fluent in Norwegian (mandatory) and fluent English (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals, operating systems, desktop applications, and networking protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
