At Match Profiler, a leading Information Systems consulting firm, we are currently seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid role that offers the opportunity to work in Lisbon and Porto.

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Technical Support Team Lead who will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network administration, server management, virtualization, and cloud computing. Additionally, proficiency in Excel, VBA, SQL, and French and English (B2 level) is required. Familiarity with Agile methods, ITIL, Service Now, Jira, Citrix, .Net, and Python is a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Provide technical support to our team members, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with our IT team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical activities and updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in agile environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies.
