As a Technical Support Team Lead in Lisbon, Portugal, you will oversee a team of 5-8 specialists, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless resolution of complex issues.

This role involves coaching, guiding, and enabling team members to achieve success, as well as supporting employee growth through regular check-ins and development sessions. You will act as an escalation point for customer issues, serve as an internal subject matter expert, and collaborate with cross-department teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of technical support specialists
  • Coaching and developing team members
  • Escalating customer issues and resolving Tier II technical problems
  • Participating in cross-department projects and contributing to organizational knowledge

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a senior technical supporter or team lead position within the web/tech/SaaS industry. A background in computer science is beneficial, and prior experience as a developer is a plus.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching skills, with a deep understanding of web technologies and protocols. Experience working in hybrid environments is highly valued.

Salary Range: €45,000 - €65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
