We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Administration Specialist to join our Michael Page team in a dynamic role that will see you working closely with clients in the Real Estate sector.
As a Senior Contract Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing contracts and invoices on behalf of our clients, ensuring timely delivery of debts and obligations. Key responsibilities include:
- Registering and updating relevant contract information in SAP systems
- Centralizing documentation for invoice issuance and credit/debit notes
- Annual update of common costs, budgeted and approved, to be charged to each tenant
- Providing information to the Collections Department in cases of contractual position transfers, revocation or termination
- Supporting owner's companies with Sierra Business
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Management or Social Sciences (not mandatory)
- Fluency in Italian
- Intermediate level of English
- User-level proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- High level of accuracy and reliability
- Strong organizational and communication skills
