Job Description:

As a Front Desk Representative at The Central House, you will be responsible for maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your primary duties will include registering guests, assigning rooms, and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for promoting our services, building strong relationships with other departments, and ensuring the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area. Additionally, you will work closely with the Financial Department to ensure accounting coherence and run the day end/night audit & police report.

Requirements:

- Studies in Tourism and/or professional training in tourist accommodation management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint...)
- Native Portuguese speaker
- High level of English is essential
- Knowledge of other languages would be an asset
- Knowledge of the MEWS programme highly valued

Qualities:

- Good team player
- Attentive and excellent customer service skills
- Communicative
- Motivated and committed to your work
