About the RoleWe offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 per annum, depending on experience, to drive sales and business development efforts in the logistics and mobility industry. As a Front Desk Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for converting leads into Virtual or Physical surveys and then into sales by assessing all move requirements.
You will be targeted on converting leads into tangible business, including web leads, email leads, lead generators, and phone enquiries. To achieve this, you will need to:
- Respond to consumer leads within a set time frame
- Contact customers and collect necessary information, evaluate and probe business opportunities
- Arrange follow-up appointments within a set time
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the customer
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also need to use preferred virtual survey tools to evaluate customers' inventory, ensure data accuracy, and timely update sales lead progress in the company's CRM system.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, both written and on the phone. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and have a sense of urgency in driving to reach goals.
Prior experience in customer service, tele-sales, or a related field, preferably in the logistics/mobility industry, is essential. You must also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and have good English language skills, both written and oral.
