Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global business development efforts in the cosmetics and hygiene sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving technical sales and developing new services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the worldwide service portfolio for the Cosmetics & Hygiene laboratories, encompassing analytical, microbiological, in vitro testing, and regulatory services.
  • Foster cross-functional coordination with other Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to leverage synergies for enhanced service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute as an integral member of the CD&H management team, participating in strategic planning and identifying new business development opportunities.
  • Establish and coordinate a global network of Cosmetics & Hygiene experts focused on laboratory service categories to facilitate technical exchanges, harmonize and standardize methodologies, ensure regulatory compliance, and validate new services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Cosmetics and/or Personal Care industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; an advanced degree in business development or management is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in driving technical sales and developing new services.
  • A proactive self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to inspire and mobilize teams.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on qualifications and location.
