Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Rituals. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and sales skills, with a focus on driving business growth through effective management of wholesale accounts.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets, while ensuring high-quality visual merchandising and presentation in line with company initiatives. You will also be required to train and motivate store team members to achieve brand awareness goals, as well as coordinate and implement promotional calendars.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be the face of Rituals in the field, responsible for building strong relationships with partner accounts and driving sales growth. You will also be expected to effectively manage stock levels to minimize losses through control of testers and store damages.
Requirements- A minimum of 6 years of experience in managing wholesale cosmetics sector
- High level of English and Spanish language skills, with native Portuguese speaker
- Strong communication and planning skills, with ability to develop commercial plans
- Availability for frequent travel (approximately 80%)
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $75,000 per year, based on industry standards and market research. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
