Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Technical Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Buscojobs Portugal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving technical sales and developing new services in the cosmetics and hygiene industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations, quality systems, and analytical chemistry. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

In this role, you will oversee the worldwide service portfolio for the cosmetics and hygiene laboratories, ensuring high-quality standards and facilitating technical exchanges and method transfers. You will also collaborate closely with SGS Market Affiliates to shape and implement business development strategies for the cosmetics and hygiene sector.

Additionally, you will engage with other strategic business units to foster cross-functional projects, leverage synergies, and enhance service offerings and client satisfaction. Your leadership skills will enable you to inspire and mobilize teams, while your global perspective will allow you to navigate international and multicultural environments.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the cosmetics and personal care industry, with a proven track record of driving technical sales and developing new services. They should hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and have proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Other languages are a plus.

A competitive salary range is €90,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
