We are actively expanding our international presence, seeking an experienced Global Business Development Executive to drive our success through strategic partnerships. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy, targeting key markets in Europe, the Baltic region, the Balkans, and CIS countries.">
  • Analyze target markets, competitors, and customer needs to create tailored business proposals.">
  • Manage partner relationships, negotiate contracts, and conduct market research.">

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the HVAC or home appliances sector.">
  • Advanced-level English language proficiency (knowledge of other languages is an asset).">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.">

  • Previous experience working within an international organization is desirable.">
