Job Description:As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining direct contact with our wholesale accounts. Your primary objective is to ensure excellent brand visibility in their stores, execute trade marketing calendars effectively, and develop strategies to increase sales through analysis of store business reports.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop action plans to boost sales, address problem areas, and identify ways to enhance sales performance.
- Maintain good relationships and collaboration with the team and partner accounts.
- Monitor and improve sales performance by analyzing store business sales reports.
- Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising and presentation are maintained in line with pre-determined company initiatives.
- Train and motivate store team members to achieve exceptional Brand Awareness.
- Coordinate and implement store events and promotional calendars.
- Visit stores regularly to oversee visual merchandising, training, and stock levels.
- Represent Rituals as the brand ambassador in the field.
- Provide support during peak sales periods.
- Manage inventory efficiently to minimize losses due to testers and store damages.
About You:
- You have approximately 6 years of experience in managing the wholesale cosmetics sector.
- You possess excellent communication skills.
- You have high planning and organizational capabilities to develop commercial plans.
- You are available to travel almost 80% of the time.
- You speak English at a high level, Spanish, and Native Portuguese.
