We're building a world-class Partner Ecosystem to drive growth and accelerate our success as a global leader in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. As a key member of the Global Partner organization, you'll be responsible for generating net new sales revenue with our UK-based partners and other global partners.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with exceptional leadership, sales, communication, and organizational skills. You'll serve as the face of Unit4 Nv to our partner ecosystem, driving growth through strong relationship management, joint business planning, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales quota for allocated territory on a quarterly and annual basis
* Manage overall relationship with each managed partner, developing comprehensive joint go-to-market business plans
* Support partners in prospect qualification, development, and execution of new sales opportunities
* Guide partners on necessary training and enablement to support their growth
* Own incremental reseller sales opportunities, create quotes, and manage the sales process and weekly forecast
* Ensure managed partners are up-to-date contractually with Unit4 Nv, managing contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, and extensions
* Work with direct sales to identify potential new partners, review suitability, and onboard and upskill them to become effective sellers of Unit4's software

Requirements:
* At least 5 years' experience working in sales and with partners in a SaaS company
* Demonstrated partner management and leadership skills
* Experience working with multiple partners in an entrepreneurial environment
* Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to understand complex technology concepts

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
