Job Title: Pre Sales and IT Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Pre Sales and IT Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating business through analyzing customer needs and developing technical-commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily support to the commercial area in attracting new customers or partners
  • Participation in meetings with customers and partners to collect data and requirements
  • Analysis of customer problems and needs
  • Preparation of technical-economic proposals based on our products and services
  • Defense of the proposals preparation
  • Monitoring and support in the implementation/start of projects developed
  • Support to the Channel and Corporate commercial areas with presentations and demonstrations

Requirements:

  • Computer engineering, telecommunications or computer studies or telecommunications degree
  • Experience/background in technical activities related to implementation/configuration/administration of servers, routers, firewalls and cloud platforms
  • Experience in the pre-sales area is valued
  • Certifications and/or courses are valued in: MCSA or MCSE Microsoft | NSE Fortinet | VMware | CCNA Cisco | KVM |Azure | AWS | Google Cloud Native
  • Portuguese level; Advanced English level; Spanish is valued
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
