Job Description

As a Customer Support specialist with Cognizant Technology Solutions, you will be part of a multicultural team based in Lisbon, providing multi-channel support to users of our client's service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshooting issues and finding solutions
  • Documenting actions taken and categorizing cases
  • Escalating complex problems according to defined procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 12 months of direct customer service experience
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Native Italian language skills (written and spoken)
  • Minimum B2 level English language skills (spoken and written)
  • European nationality or Portuguese work permit
