About the Role: As a Marketplace Business Development Analyst, you will report to the Head of Marketplace Operations and be responsible for creating a world-class user experience for our travellers on our website.

You will strive to improve user satisfaction with the end goal of increasing conversion in every step of the sales funnel of our website. To achieve these goals, you will analyse large datasets, build tools, implement rules and procedures, execute key processes and lead cross-functional projects.
