Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Chief Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our Shared Services Center, you will report directly to the Purchase Administrative Manager and be responsible for ensuring the administrative part of purchase for several subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in similar roles and possess advanced fluency in Italian, as well as intermediate-level English proficiency. Additionally, they should have excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, with a minimum intermediate level of expertise.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the administrative part of purchase, including billing and sending customer invoices according to their specifications;
- Validating supplier invoices based on country-specific requirements;
- Ensuring processes are followed through until payment has been made;
- Providing analysis to help track or forecast purchase activity;
- Maintaining compliance with task rules and standards;
To succeed in this position, you must be able to identify deviations from established procedures and take corrective action accordingly.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with various benefits, including:
