About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Software Sales Expert to join our international team. The ideal candidate will have a native level of French and a fluent level of English (at least B2-C1), with previous experience in Online Sales and/or Digital Marketing (2 years).

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify new business opportunities and improve client's experience by providing support with product adoption.
  2. Provide pre- and after-sales support, and become an expert on advertising on the platform.
  3. Manage a portfolio with responsibility for growing revenue.
  4. Offer customer service, being ready to help and support clients at any time and share product knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in Online Sales and/or Digital Marketing (2 years).
  2. Knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems.
  3. Proactive mindset with regards to identifying issues and opportunities, as well as communication with clients.
  4. Strong attention to details and follow-up skills.
  5. Drive for excellence and professionalism.

What's in it for you?

Long-fixed term contract, renewable every year, with a 30-day probation period before signing the contract. Working hours: Mon-Fri (7 AM - 5 PM), with salary conditions including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month, or excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month. Private health insurance from the beginning of the contract, relocation support for international candidates, and a company which fully supports you and wants to make your experience great.
