We're looking for a highly skilled German-speaking customer support specialist to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing expert advice, and resolving issues efficiently. With a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service, you will play a crucial role in exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to customer requests through phone and email
  • Assist customers with queries and requests
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes with a positive mindset
