About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Lisbon. As the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, you will provide exceptional administrative support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to our team of over a hundred specialists, including responding to customer inquiries and managing organizational matters.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, manage planned preventative maintenance, and ensure timely completion of corrective actions.
* Liaise with service providers, maintain the preferred supplier list, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Ensure a safe and pleasant working environment, including meeting rooms, open office areas, bathrooms, and the kitchen.
Requirements:
* 3-4 hours of work per day, ideally in the morning Monday to Friday (flexible schedule considered for the right candidate).
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a knack for keeping things running smoothly.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
