About the Role

As a Customer Advisor at Concentrix, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality assistance to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Utilize various tools and methods to provide accurate and complete information to customers.

Requirements
  • Fluent German language skills (written and oral) and excellent English language skills (B2 level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Availability for rotating schedules and a positive attitude towards providing excellent customer service.
