About the Role
Buscojobs Portugal is seeking a skilled Executive Manager to lead our dynamic team of Customer Service Representatives in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 15 representatives and ensuring top-notch performance, quality, and client satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Service Representatives to meet service level agreements across multiple channels.
- Actively manage team performance using company systems, conduct analysis to drive continuous improvement, and monitor CSR interactions to meet client requirements.
- Mentor and coach your team members to foster innovation, collaboration, and performance enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies (GDPR, GECSP) and contribute to company-wide strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- Native/fluent in Greek and proficient in English.
- Minimum of 2 years in customer experience management or a related industry.
- A higher education degree is essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, project tools, and team management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring abilities, with a passion for continuous improvement.
