Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the accuracy of online content? We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert and Content Validator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via phone, email, or social media, as well as validating written content on our social media platform. You'll have the opportunity to share your ideas and contribute to improving our work quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via multiple channels
  • Validate written content on our social media platform
  • Collaborate with the team to improve work quality
  • Develop skills in content moderation and customer service

Requirements:

  • Native level of French and at least B2 level of English
  • Passion for customer service, content moderation, or technical support
  • Knowledge of the value of good customer experience
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Energetic, innovative, and proactive approach
