Job Description: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary contact for users on social media platforms, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Moderation: Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure it adheres to community guidelines.
- User Assistance: Interact with users on social media platforms, providing accurate and timely support.
- Issue Resolution: Efficiently handle and resolve user complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of user interactions and moderation activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to enhance user satisfaction and address complex issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve user experiences and suggest innovative solutions.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with platform policies, company updates, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2)
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of our dynamic on-site team in Lisbon
- Familiarity with social media platforms, moderation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Estimated Salary Range: €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
