Role Overview

Konecta Portugal is a leading customer experience company seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other support team members to resolve complex problems. You will also be required to document all issues and solutions provided in our database, ensuring accurate and efficient knowledge sharing within the team.

Skill Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, you should have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and at least 2-3 years of professional experience providing L2 support.

Bonus Points

Experience with CRM tools and customer support software is highly desirable, as is native fluency in Spanish and English. If you are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and have a knack for technical problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €40,000 - €55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits, including a comprehensive health insurance plan, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
