Lead Mobile Growth Manager

At Air Apps, Inc., we're seeking a talented Paid User Acquisition expert to drive scalable and sustainable growth for our mobile apps globally.
We're a 100% remote company with over 40 employees worldwide, committed to creating software solutions that simplify people's lives. Our portfolio includes successful apps like Translate Now & Calculator Air, which have been downloaded over 100 million times and received an average rating of 4.7 stars.
This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, analyzing data, and developing effective marketing strategies. As a Paid User Acquisition specialist, you'll be responsible for managing key paid channels, optimizing campaigns, and measuring performance to drive conversions and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in mobile marketing, specifically with ASA and UAC campaigns. They should also be familiar with third-party attribution tools like Appsflyer, Adjust, or Kochava and possess strong analytical skills. A bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent industry experience is required.
In this role, you'll work closely with the content team to create innovative messaging and customer touchpoints, ensuring alignment with our brand ethos and identity. You'll also collaborate with the product manager to identify opportunities for scalability and growth, utilizing your expertise in modern analytics and business intelligence tools.
A competitive estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a flexible work environment, including remote work options, Apple hardware, and a comprehensive benefits package, including annual bonuses, Air stipend, and flexible PTO.
