We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Specialist to join our team in Lisbon.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading social media platform, providing exceptional customer support and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

You will act as a Client Concierge, working closely with advertisers and agencies to enhance their advertising experience. You will provide top-notch post-sales support, customer service, and troubleshooting while actively helping clients achieve their advertising goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new and existing clients daily through phone, chat, and email, identifying sales opportunities and providing custom solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of small business clients, supporting their growth and maximizing ad performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and relevant industry trends to customize support for local advertisers.
  • Continuously improve client satisfaction by consulting on optimal advertising solutions and proactively optimizing client campaigns.
  • Provide insights and product feedback, sharing success stories of advertisers who have grown using the platform.

Training and Development:

The onboarding process includes a comprehensive training program to ensure a smooth transition into your role. You will gain insights into the platform's products, customer management, and advertising solutions, preparing you to excel in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of €1,766/month, plus a range of benefits including a €3,500 signing bonus and a €1,500 loyalty bonus. You will also enjoy a flexible schedule, with 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) and a 1-hour lunch break.
