Your Mission as BDR Manager

As the Head of BDR at Agorapulse, you'll lead a high-performing global team of 5 Business Development Representatives to drive pipeline growth and support strategic sales objectives. Your responsibilities will include building, leading, and inspiring the team, defining prospecting strategies aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), collaborating with Marketing and Sales leadership, and developing scalable outbound and inbound sales strategies.

Leadership & Strategy
  • Build, lead, and inspire the BDR team to exceed pipeline and opportunity generation targets.
  • Define and implement best-in-class prospecting strategies aligned with our ICPs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to align efforts on lead generation and qualification.
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee daily SDR/BDR activities, including outreach via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Establish metrics for success, track performance, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Optimize the team's use of CRM and other sales tools for lead tracking and reporting.
Team Development
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new BDR team members.
  • Work with the revenue enablement team to launch ongoing development programs to enhance the team's skills in communication, lead qualification, and objection handling.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability.
Salary & Benefits

With a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while staying connected with your team.
