Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled RV Sales Operations Analyst to join our global team at Indie Campers. As an integral part of our RV Sales operations, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and efficiency across North America (NA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC).

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated individual to create scalable processes, ensure seamless delivery operations, and drive compliance while working closely with our Commercial and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for vehicle deliveries, ensuring quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction;
  • Analyze current processes in North America and identify areas for improvement, building scalable frameworks;
  • Act as a point of contact for RV Sales and Field Operations teams, ensuring smooth collaboration;
  • Generate leads and proactively engage with auction houses and vehicle dealers;
  • Track and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs), such as SLA adherence and delivery quality;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field;
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a PMO role or similar;
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • You are hands-on, resourceful, and have flexible approach to work;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously;
