About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Amgen. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, supporting our mission to serve patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute day-to-day ACSS support across different functions to Amgen, ensuring seamless contract management and Purchase Order lifecycle management.
  • Provide Healthcare Professionals contracting and sponsorships/fees for service/donations/educational processes support, enforcing continuous improvement and legal compliance.
  • Collaborate with the audit team to ensure accurate and timely information exchange, recognizing and escalating problems or risks as needed.
  • Contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the department and ACCP, adapting to changing business requirements.
Requirements and Expectations

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • University Degree, preferably in business or a science-based subject.
  • Fluency in English and French, both in written and verbal communication.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, with a strong background in contract management and procurement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
