We are seeking an exceptional High-Level Administrative Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to our senior management members. This role will involve managing business-related affairs, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring the effective implementation of special projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and support senior management members in their daily business affairs, performing all administrative tasks as required.
- Organize and coordinate senior management members' agendas, ensuring their time is maximized and their diaries are up-to-date.
- Provide backup support for other senior management members as needed.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, preparing necessary materials for smooth execution.
- Liaise with travel teams to arrange efficient travel itineraries and accommodations.
- Host VIP guests, ensuring a successful visit and promoting a positive image of NetJets.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant at senior level, ideally at CEO/board level.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
The estimated salary for this position is between €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
