About This Role

In this position, you'll support and deliver talent acquisition services for entry and junior roles across various business units. You'll be part of a strong HR community and the global talent acquisition team, helping Convatec build an inclusive culture and find diverse talent for key vacancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cover Service Now tickets for Talent Acquisition queries or incidents
  • Screen applications and deliver a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Shortlist CVs for hiring managers to support finding top talent
  • Coordinate selection processes from interviews and assessments to feedback
  • Process job offers in Workday and raise POs for recruitment activities in SAP
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and generate recruitment reports
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of related experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different styles and levels
  • A customer-first mindset and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and navigate multiple talent acquisition activities
  • An 'own it' mindset and networking skills
  • Degree in Human Resources management or similar
  • Fluency in English and French (mandatory)
  • Fluency in Portuguese (nice to have)
