Job Description:
This role involves working closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication with clients, providing timely responses to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Completing daily follow-up calls and emails with clients
- Assisting the sales team with workload coverage during days off
- Responding to inbound calls and providing timely responses to new leads
- Maintaining an organized workflow and following sales processes
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Native English language skills, with excellent writing and speaking abilities
- Customer care or call center experience
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High-speed internet access for remote work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales experience
- Well-traveled within Europe
- Hospitality industry experience
- Remote working experience
- Prior exposure to the travel industry
